CLASSROOM ADDITION

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Summary: New classrooms will be constructed at the southeast corner of the existing school. This addition will also contain a new Culinary Arts Program.

LIBRARY EXPANSION

PROJECTS SUMMARY:

The library expansion of 2,000sf will be used as both a space for learning as well as meeting. It will be able to be isolated from the main room and used by the Community at night.

CAFETERIA / SERVING
AREA EXPANSION

PROJECT SUMMARY:

Summary: This project will increase the capacity of the existing Cafeteria by 4,000sf. It is part of the 2nd phase of funding, and programming will start next year.

CULINARY ARTS
CONVERSIONTO CLASSROOMS

PROJECT SUMMARY:
The Culinary Arts program will be relocated and the existing space converted to two standard classrooms.

ADD WATER TO ROOF

PROJECT SUMMARY:
New water spigots will be installed on the roofs so that hoses can be used to keep the roofs clean and help increase the life of the roofs.

SECURITY CAMERA UPGRADE

PROJECT SUMMARY:
New camera locations will be added to the existing system to increase security at the campus.

CARPET

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Old and worn out carpet will be replaced as needed throughout the campus.

REMOVE VCT AND POLISH CONCRETE

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Existing VCT (Vinyl Composite Tile) will be removed and the concrete below polished. This is becoming a popular option in several schools, because the polished concrete does not need to be maintained at the same level as VCT.   It only requires wet mopping on occasion and never needs to be sealed.

MATERIAL STORAGE BINS

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Material storage bins are simple U-shaped Masonry enclosures that will be used by the field maintenance crews to hold materials such as decomposed granite (DG), topsoil, etc. that will be needed to maintain the fields.

REMODEL AGEE – ROTC / CLASSROOM

PROJECT SUMMARY:
This remodeling will enable the existing portables north of the District Office to be removed and the ROTC program currently in those Portables will be relocated to the AGEE Gym. It is part of the 2nd phase of funding, and programming will start next year.

REMODEL AGEE – BOILER

PROJECT SUMMARY:
This project provides for the removal and replacement of the existing boiler at the AGEE Gym. It is part of the 2nd phase of funding, and programming will start next year.

DISTRICT OFFICE REMODEL
OF EXISTING SPACE

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Several areas of the existing District Office will be remodeled and a new entry will be designed in order to clearly identify the front door of the building. It is part of the 2nd phase of funding, and programming will start next year.

EXTERIOR PAINTING OF CAMPUS

PROJECT SUMMARY:
All existing buildings on the campus, including the Agriculture Building, Concessions and Dugouts, Ellis Field buildings, the Maintenance and Transportation Complex and Agee Gym will be repainted. The new paint scheme will work to unify the campus.

DISTRICT HVAC UPGRADES

PROJECT SUMMARY:
This project will upgrade the existing HVAC system in the Building. It is part of the 2nd phase of funding, and programming will start next year.

TENNIS COURT REFINISH

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Re-condition the existing tennis courts surfaces. It is part of the 2nd phase of funding, and programming will start next year.

TRACK SURFACE RE-COATING

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Repair damaged areas and re-coat the Track at the Football stadium. It is part of the 2nd phase of funding, and programming will start next year.

RE-COAT ROOF

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Select roof areas in need of repair and re-roofing throughout the campus will be addressed during Summer 2015.

FIELD RENOVATIONS

PROJECT SUMMARY:
The football field will receive a new artificial turf surface and therefore avoid the problems with poor water quality and soil challenges that the District has had to deal with every year.

TURF COVERED BATTING CAGES

PROJECT SUMMARY:
The addition of turf to the batting cages will reduce the time and cost of maintaining a level grade in these areas.

WEIGHT ROOM EXPANSION

PROJECT SUMMARY:
The existing Weight Room at the Gymnasium is expanding by 1,750sf. This addition will be used to expand the strength and conditioning space.   It includes an indoor artificial turf surface on the floor.

TICKET BOOTHS

PROJECT SUMMARY:
Adding ticket booths at the entrance to Olsen Stadium will help to add to the professional look of the new football field. They will be completed in time for the opener to the football season

AGEE Gym Drainage Corrections

Three small retention areas will be created on the north side of AGEE Gym. A Temporary emergency storage tank will be installed under the Fire Lane on the north side of the AGEE Gym.
